Fruit Smoothie!


I’ve become obsessed with making these green smoothies/milkshakes! They help with my energy a little and I feel amazing with every sip that I drink. I’ve also started a glucose/dairy/soy free diet, and let me tell you, my body is loving it and my breathing is improving!


Spinach leaves
Handful of blueberries
4 strawberries
2 bananas
1 kiwi
1 apple
1 cup of water
A few almonds
Ice cubes

Blend together and enjoy!
