I’ve been feeling extremely tired lately no matter how much I sleep. I’ve also noticed my mind wakes up at a certain time and during that time I will have a mini panic attack. I haven’t had my routinely smoothies daily because I’ve been too busy to make anything. I decided that I should take some time out and make this. Although I felt drained, I needed a boost. My body is not going to take care of itself.

Every time that I make a smoothie, it’s never the same. I like to experiment and play around with fruits. I will share the ingredients to this one below:

1 cup of baby spinach leaves
1 banana
1 kiwi
4 strawberries
1/2 cup of blackberries

Dice the banana, add everything in the blender. Blend & enjoy!
Fun tip: Try freezing the fruits instead of using ice. 🙂
