I thought I should share this with you all. While it is great to exercise, here are a few things to feed the mind and soul. In the picture above, I was drinking honey chamomile tea before yoga. Herbal tea helps calm me down and I absolutely love chamomile. Whenever I can, I like to sit at the beach and read a good book. Writing has also been my escape from reality. What are some of the things that you do when you’re spending quality time alone?
