It is nearly 3 a.m. and I am up discussing/sharing vegetarian meals with an old friend. That only means one thing…. I will be sharing another vegetarian/vegan meal. I haven’t decided on what I want to meal prep for this upcoming week, but expect it pretty soon. Until then, don’t these look yummy?
I am currently eating hummus at the moment and I want to try this avocado hummus. I find it funny how growing up, my mom would try to get me to eat avavado but I hated the taste. After becoming a vegetarian, it’s one of the things that I crave the most. Talk about training your tongue and discipline, I love it!
