I realize that most of the food I share are pasta related. I promise this is not all I eat, although it’s one of my favorite dishes. Lasagna, fettuccine, zitti, the list goes on! I’m secretly Italian… just kidding. But today I decided to share this Haitian spaghetti, because not too many know how we cook it differently. My mom will always make the best spaghetti, but I’m getting there. ;p
Instead of meatballs, Haitians use hot dogs. That was an absolute no-no for me. I used Tofurkey ground “beef” to substitute the meat. It taste better and imitates ground beef.
