When you are tempted to get discouraged, remind yourself that according to God’s word, your future is getting brighter; you are on your way to a new level of glory. You may think you’ve got a long way to go, but you need to look back at how far you’ve already come. You may not be everything you want to be but atleast you can thank God that you’re not what you used to be.

– Joel Osteen

It’s the 2nd week of January. I don’t know about you, but my 1st week was already challenging! But that’s the thing about challenges; the easier the challenge, the duller the journey will be. I want to fight, work hard, and sacrifice for my future. Success involves some of these key points. It’s not an overnight thing, so another key are patience, obedience, and time.

This could be for anyone who feels discouraged. Whether it’s in your relationship, with school, your job, that burger you keep staring at because you started a diet plan, going on a fast, those pairs of shoes that are one size too small and you are attempting to squeeze in, or finding your purpose. Whatever it is, don’t be discouraged, you’ve come too far to give up! Not with the shoe part, that will do serious damage to your feet, don’t give up with finding a more fitting size. 😉

This reminds me of the blog post I did for Being Transformed 101 on committment. It will be up on their website on 1/15/16, so be sure to look out for it!

More things to look out for this week:

1. One of my posts, “Feeling Worthless?” were selected as the post of the week! On the David Snape Show, it will be read this Tuesday at 8pm GMT (3pm EST) and Thursday at 1pm GMT (8 a.m. EST) on Southwavesradio.co.uk.

2. See what the readers are chatting about for my book, A Sense of Hope. You can order a paperback copy or download it on Kindle.

3. Check out Dare Beauty on Amazon as well! I am currently reading it at the moment and was hooked the moment I read it!

Have a blessed day and always keep the faith alive!
