The Start of More Vegan Meal Plans: Breakfast.

Vegan organic oats for breakfast.



• 1 Banana
• 1 Strawberry
• Organic oats
• Raw honey
• Almond milk or milk of your choice
• Salt (I put salt on everything! Haha)
• Cinnamon (optional)
• Nutmeg (optional)

Pour 1/4 cup of oats in a bowl. With the almond milk, you may add as you desire. For thicker oats, add more milk. For thinner oats, add less. I like my oats creamy so I added 1 cup. Microwave for 2 minutes.

Once it is done, take 1/2 of a banana and mash it in the bowl. Combine salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg together. Mix well.

Cut up the remaining banana into small circles. Cut your strawberry horizontally.  Decorate and enjoy! You can add any fruit of your choice! I have seen blueberries added as well. Get creative! I want to see your options so I can get more ideas. I also had a mango, orange, apple, and banana smoothie because we need our vitamins!
